The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center is available to visit by appointment. We're an all-volunteer group and need advance notice to schedule appointments, therefore weekday appointments are available to schedule for adoption applicants only. To adopt, we must receive a completed adoption application (link found below). We do not adopt same-day, no exceptions. Before choosing a pet, we recommend meeting the pet or asking questions first. For information on a specific animal, please visit our adoption center or email us at [email removed]! This sweet little baby is Twizzler, a short-haired orange tabby male kitten! He's approximately 12-16 weeks old (as of July xxxx). He's a playful, fun-loving little man! He should do well with children who can handle him gently. We do not recommend him around dogs over 20 lbs. Twizzler loves other kittens, but would also do well as an only pet. Contact us to meet Twizzler or submit an application to adopt the little guy! Negative for FIV and FeLK, current on vaccinations and neutered. Our flat adoption fee is $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters.
